Incheon Art Platform (IAP, formerly Jung-gu Arts & Culture Center) is a multiplex cultural arts center purchased and developed by Incheon Metropolitan City, transforming the turn of the century structures and nearby buildings in Haean-dong, Jung-gu district as part of the old downtown restoration project. Incheon Art Platform is operated under the auspices of the Incheon Arts and Culture Foundation with artist-in-residency program at its core, fostering the creation of new art by supporting artists in various genres and research scholars in the arts.

ncheon Art Platform¡¯s historic and strategic location enhances the area¡¯s comprehensive revitalization efforts with a specific emphasis on cultural and artistic perspective. IAP offers a nurturing venue for productive creativity in arts and culture. From active production to dissemination, IAP engaging the public with education and arts programs that the city of Incheon promotes as a part of global art community. Both IAP and Incheon city continues to support the effort to realize the dream of creating a cultural city that promotes a creative dialogue between various constituents of artists and audiences from all regions of the world.
