Apply Procedure and Notification

PLEASE APPLY VIA WINDOWS OPERATION SYSTEM ONLY. APPLYING THROUGH MAC OS MAY CAUSE ERRORS.

  1. Application period : (2019.11.12.(Tue) 09:00~2019.11.22.(Fri) 18:00)
  2. Online application will closed at 6:00pm (Korean Standard Time), November 22th (Fri), 2019.
  3. Under any circumstances, late application will NOT be accepted (including incomplete, correction, and/or errors due to online traffic). Please apply early, as we may need some time to assist your problem.
  4. Please submit your application early, as heavy traffic may cause delays and/or problems near the deadline.
  5. Applications are received only through online procedures. (IAP website :www.inartplatform.kr)
  6. Applications submitted by e-mail, in-person, and by mail/courier will NOT be accepted.

Application & Documentation

  • Step 1 : Application for Residency
  • Step 2 : CV & Project Proposal
  • Step 3 : Portfolio including copy of passport, Two Recommendation Letters, and Introduction Video.
    * After downloading and completing IAP portfolio form (in PowerPoint), artist must convert into PPT file into a PDF file and then upload the file.
  • Step 4 : Confirm application status.
※ All candidates must submit copy of passport in Portfolio file.
※ Artist(s) whose residency is accepted and confirmed must purchase traveler's insurance from their originating country prior to their departure must be submitted to IAP staff upon arrival.
